At ZEDON, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
